Important Package and Payment Notes

  • All air packages are based on special fares and rates provided by respective airlines and hotels.
  • Once confirmation is made, no amendments are possible without cancellation charges.
  • Airline tickets, once issued, are non-refundable.
  • Hotels suggested are based on customer feedback; please review hotel websites and guest reviews before confirming.
  • Quotations are provided without holding confirmed reservations in airlines or hotels.
  • Reservations remain tentative until the advance payment is received.
  • Within two working days of receiving the advance, confirmation details will be emailed, including file number, hotel, flight details, total cost, and payment status.
  • After confirmation, full and final payment must be made in cash or net banking upon receiving travel documents.
  • Cheque payments will be processed only after the amount is credited to our account.
  • Cheque bounce charges: ₹1000
  • Credit card payments: 3% service charge per transaction
  • Cash deposits: 1% surcharge applies
  • Costs do not include delays, cancellations, strikes, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control.

Important Hotel Notes

  • All guests must carry original photo ID proof (Passport or Voter ID) with a photocopy at hotel check-in.
  • For extra adults/children, hotels may provide rollaway beds or mattresses.
  • Complimentary airport transfers are provided as per hotel schedules and may involve waiting time.
  • Transfers are on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis.
  • Requests for adjacent or adjoining rooms depend on availability.
  • Carry age proof for children and infants.
  • Check-in: 2:30 PM | Check-out: 12:00 Noon
  • Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Early check-in or late check-out payments are settled directly by guests.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings; hotels are not liable for loss or damage.
  • Additional services not included in the package must be paid directly to the hotel.
  • Buffet meal timings:
    • Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:00 AM
    • Lunch: 1:00 – 3:00 PM
    • Dinner: 7:30 – 10:00 PM

Important Airline Notes

  • Check-in counters close 60 minutes before departure. Please arrive 3 hours prior to flight time.
  • Domestic flights (Indigo, SpiceJet, Go Air) depart from Terminal 1 – confirm before traveling.
  • Standard baggage allowance: 15 kg check-in and 7 kg hand baggage (may vary by airline).
  • If a flight is missed, a new ticket must be purchased directly by the traveler.
  • Web check-in is not available for group packages.
  • No separate seat provided for infants.

Advance, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Advance Booking Amount: ₹10,000 or 50% of the package cost (whichever is higher).
  • Balance Payment: Due when final documents are delivered.
  • Air tickets: Non-refundable.
  • Name change (if permitted): ₹5,000 + fare difference (minimum 7 days before departure).
  • Group departures: 100% cancellation once booked.

Cancellation Charges

  • 40 days before departure: 40% of package cost
  • 30 days before departure: 60% of package cost
  • 21 days before departure: 80% of package cost
  • 15 days or less: 100% of package cost

Amendments & Refunds

  • Amendments must be requested in writing only.
  • Refunds are processed via Cheque or NEFT only (no cash refunds).
  • Refund processing time: 20 working days from the date of cancellation request.
